Yuno / Work / The studio system
We automated our own studio.
Before we offer automation to anyone, we run our own studio on it. This is the system that does our research, drafting and follow-ups, and the rules that keep a person in charge.
The problem
Finding the right companies to talk to is slow. You search, open each website, work out what’s holding it back, write a note that proves you looked, and remember to follow up. By hand, that’s a few companies a day.
What it does
- Finds companies in open data: trade fair exhibitor lists, public registers and map data.
- Opens each website in a real browser and checks speed, phone layout and contact routes.
- Sets aside the ones we can’t help: parked domains, large companies, other agencies, sites that are already good.
- Builds a preview of a new homepage from their own photos.
- Drafts a short email that cites what it found, with the preview attached.
- Follows up three times at most, then stops.
- Reads replies, and a “no” becomes a permanent do-not-contact.
The rules
- It never says a website is missing something unless it checked the live page. If it couldn’t see, it says nothing.
- Right before an email goes out, it checks each claim on the live site again.
- Every email carries an opt-out line and our postal address. Opt-outs are permanent.
- Some regions never get cold email at all.
- A person sets the rules and the daily volume, and can hold any email before it sends.

What it means for you
Your automation starts the same way: one workflow, checks wherever a mistake would cost you, and a person in charge. Then we measure the hours it saves and expand. Automations →
